Had a dream the other night I was wearing a t-shirt that had lots of tiny pics all over it and each pic was of something or someone in my past. I think I had this dream because I've been way into Woot shirts lately. They post a different shirt every day by different graphic artists around the world and you can order one (in the U.S.) for 10 bucks, including shipping. The site gives you the name of the artist who designed the shirt, where he or she lives, and what the concept behind the shirt is. I have two so far. One is this wild abstract print that looks kind of like a maze and says "stuff" at the beginning and end. It's charcoal grey. And the other one is royal blue with a sketch of an old school telephone next to an answering machine and it says: "Answer me." As if all that's not enough, the graphics are printed on American Apparel shirts, which are made in L.A. and not some sweatshop in Asia. Thanks to Mark Davis for turning me on to the joy of the Woot shirt.
